“The camera lens does not see what the eyes see. Two entirely different processes. Photographers sometimes work hard at recreating what the eyes see, sometimes quite the other extreme. It comes down to purpose, style, taste, and vision.


“I specialize in landscape and seascape photography because it gives me so much pleasure in this turbulent world. I don’t grossly exaggerate the colors like some photographers. Each to his own. I think I stay fairly true to what is in front of me and combine that with my personal vision."
